The Technical Specialist, based in Italy, is supporting the dealers and team in the field in technical advice and support /assistance. Is organizing and supporting the training season for all the brands andproduct.This role ensures consistent, high:quality training and support aligned with business priorities and customer supportobjectives.

Your Impact:

stylelist:style:type:disc::Provide technical support and expert guidance on AGCO tractor technologies (Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, andPTx).

stylelist:style:type:disc::Assistdealers and sales partners in resolving complex technical issues andsupportfield teams with case management and EWFR reporting.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Deliver technical training, support training programs, and act as anadditionaltrainer for courses, trade shows, and exhibitions.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Commission AGCO tractor technology in the field and support new product launches and market introductions.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Support AGCO system technologies and tools (AGCO Net,Fleetscan, Tech Connect, CPQ, diagnostics), including on:siteassistanceand seasonal on:call support.

YourExperience and Qualifications:

stylelist:style:type:disc::Strong understanding of service environments and/or dealer networks

stylelist:style:type:disc::Ability to translate business and technical requirements.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Experience working in a global or matrix organization

stylelist:style:type:disc::Strong influencing and communication skills.Good written and spoken English knowledge

Compensation:

stylelist:style:type:disc::Applicable salary range: EUR 25,000 : EUR40,000 gross annual salary

stylelist:style:type:disc::The compensation range specified in this job postingrepresentsan indicative range for the role. Finalremunerationwill be defined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
