In this role you lead global, multi-center clinical research projects to deliver studies on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. You will steer cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and act as the main client contact to drive successful partnerships. You’ll participate in bid defenses and proposal development, promoting standard practices and compliance. This is a remote or hybrid position offering opportunities to shape multi-therapeutic trials and contribute to patient-centered research at PSI.Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across therapeutic areasEnsure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standardsLead and coordinate multi-functional project teamsTrain, mentor,



and coach project team membersServe as primary client contact for project mattersAttend bid defenses and contribute to proposals and client presentationsImplement standard practices and ensure compliance with intradepartmental proceduresRecent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager)Global or regional PM experience managing all project services from startup to closureTherapeutic experience in oncology, GI, IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease preferredExperience managing Phase II and III projects preferredBSc or MSc in Life Sciences or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication with stakeholdersStrong negotiation, team-building, resource allocation, and organizational skills
