The Field Quality Specialistwill bethe person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raisedformthe Field, collecting information fromtechnicalcases, warranty claimsand transfer into the Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams( ManufacturingEngineering, Build quality, manufacturing,DesignEngineering, Customer support).He/shewillget in contact withSupplier ifneedfor issue resolution, especially fortopicrelated toProduct Problem Resolution(PPR). He/shewill have the responsibility to ensure that the feedback from factory to the Customer support is given intimelymanner, interacting with the different stakeholders.

Your Impact:

stylelist:style:type:disc::Product Problem Resolution(PPR)Support:Responsible for supporting the Issue resolution inside the factory. The incumbent will bring the information to the production line/ manufacturing Eng. / Eng., make the investigation to help the root cause identification, and will collect the information and share with the stakeholders.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Warranty claimsanalysis and actions follow up:Responsible formonitortheclaimssubmittedby dealers. Investigate and take actions into factory for the fast issue resolution

stylelist:style:type:disc::Factory Communication:Communicate the issue from the field (claims and concernformthe field) to the Factory and ensure that the solution feedback is routed to the ProductCustomersupport.





YourExperience and Qualifications:

stylelist:style:type:disc::Nice to have minimum of 1:2 years' experience in quality environment

stylelist:style:type:disc::Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off:road trucks;or,automobiles)

stylelist:style:type:disc::Knowledgeable of Industrial Process and technology

stylelist:style:type:disc::Experience on Problem solving methods

stylelist:style:type:disc::English/Italian Speaker

Compensation:

stylelist:style:type:disc::Applicable salary range: EUR 28,000 : EUR44,000 gross annual salary

stylelist:style:type:disc::The compensation range specified in this job postingrepresentsan indicative range for the role. Finalremunerationwill be defined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
