Your Impact

stylelist:style:type:disc::Supporting internal teams and dealer salesmen in establishing a market:oriented and continuous product argumentation.Conducting product, sales and driver training, within theFENDTsales region Central Europe.

stylelist:style:type:disc::PresentingFENDTcombineharvestersand advising customers during individual demonstrations and field day demonstrationstogetherwith our distribution partners.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Market:specific adaptation of provided training concepts and regional implementation. Enabling dealers to perform demonstrations and machine installations according to brand image.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Supportingdealers /endcustomers with initialuse of machinesin the fieldas well as machine optimisationwithin theharvesting season.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Planning and support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits.

YourExperience and Qualifications

stylelist:style:type:disc::Bachelors degree in agriculture, AG:machinery or similar education/experience.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Detailed product knowledge about combineharvesters





stylelist:style:type:disc::Proficiency and confidence in using modern presentation techniques.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, confidently handling conflicts.

stylelist:style:type:disc::Strong communication skills and assertiveness. Very good knowledge of English,2ndlanguage beneficial.High willingness to travel.

Applicable salary range: EUR40,000 : 50,000 gross annual salaryThe compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
