In this role you drive revenue growth and market expansion in Italy as part of Billerud's Cartonboard sales team. You'll build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize profitability. You'll operate in a sustainability-focused context, shaping commercial strategies and negotiating value-based deals. Identify and develop the customer base within the Italian market

University degree in business, engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
Strong negotiation skills in high-level commercial discussions
Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken
