Ephos is building a new manufacturing facility for its advanced packaging products. As Quality Manager you will shape the quality policy and the practices needed to support rapid ramp-up across fab operations, design engineering, and finance.Collaboration with leadership is key to embedding a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will implement quality programs, train staff, drive ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance, and monitor KPIs to reduce defects.
