It’s about building an organization capable of executing consistently across countries, products and teams. To get there, strategy alone isn’t enough. That’s why we’re looking for our next Chief of Staff . This isn’t a support role. It’s one of the highest-impact positions inside hlpy. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Leadership Team, helping transform ambitious ideas into company-wide execution. You’ll be in the room where the most important decisions are made. Depending on the company’s priorities, you could be: Leading cross-functional projects involving Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Finance and HR. Preparing Board materials, executive presentations and strategic analyses. Working alongside department leaders to remove execution bottlenecks.
Supporting organizational projects and leadership initiatives. Representing the CEO in selected internal and external initiatives when appropriate. We’re not looking for someone with the perfect résumé. You may come from consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, high-growth startups or another demanding environment. Are comfortable switching between strategy and execution. Have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to build trust across teams. Speak fluent Italian and English.
