What We ’re Looking For
Join a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. 01 How you’ll make a difference You will take part in an initial training path, aimed at joining Human Capital Management and digital transformation projects. You will learn how technology supports people, teams and organizations in their everyday work. You will discover SAP SuccessFactors and other digital solutions used by HR teams around the world. You will explore the opportunities offered by Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Copilot in the workplace. You will learn how organizations manage change when introducing new technologies and ways of working.b You will explore real business cases and learn how digital solutions are designed to address client needs. 02 What we’re looking for Availability for a full-time, 4-week training program (5 October - 4 November), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Availability to attend the Academy on-site in Venice from Monday to Thursday, with remote participation on Fridays. Commitment to actively participate in the Academy (participants attending at least 80% of the course will receive an expense reimbursement). Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT or similar fields. Curiosity about technology, innovation and the future of work. Interest in how digital solutions help people and organizations work better. Motivation to start a career in consulting and digital transformation. Interest in topics such as Human Capital Management, AI,
employee experience or organizational change. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset. Good level of English (B2 or higher). Availability for national and international travel. 03 What we would consider a plus Teamworking mindset and collaborative attitude. Basic knowledge of HR topics, organizational psychology or business processes. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and digital workplace solutions. Basic knowledge of Excel, data analysis or reporting tools. Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Motivation to work in a consulting environment.
