Net Suite Implementation Project Manager – Italy
Italy (Remote) | Occasional travel | €60,000–€75,000 per annum
This fast-growing, acquisitive international group is rolling out Net Suite across its operating companies and needs a Project Manager to lead it from design through to go-live.
This is an end-to-end delivery role. You'll own the implementation across every project stage: initiation, design, build, data migration, testing, training, cutover and hypercare, ensuring Net Suite lands on time, within scope and budget, and delivers real value once it's live.

The role
You'll coordinate stakeholders across finance, supply chain and shared services, manage delivery across every stage of the project, mitigate risk, and ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual once Net Suite goes live. This role is based in Spain and is fully remote, with occasional travel.
What you'll be doing
- Lead project initiation, stakeholder alignment and governance setup
- Facilitate solution design decisions, including the Net Suite model, data and integrations
- Define and agree project scope, resourcing and delivery plan
- Manage Net Suite configuration, integrations and data migration activities with key stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate UAT, training and cutover preparation
- Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues and dependencies
- Lead UAT execution, defect resolution and business sign-off
- Coordinate end-user and support training delivery
- Confirm final data load and go-live readiness
- Lead cutover and go-live execution
- Manage hypercare and issue resolution during stabilisation
- Hand over the solution to business-as-usual and Shared Services, and close the project
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing Net Suite or ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and shared services environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with data migration, integrations, UAT and change management
- Strong planning, risk management and delivery focus
