In Italy, we have offices in 12 cities across the country: Turin, Milan, Gallarate, Brescia, Genoa, Modena, Maranello, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Naples, and Bari.People Manager CoordinatorWe are currently looking for a People Manager Coordinator that will support the IT division in Italy in the management of the consultants across the Italian Country.As a People Manager Coordinator you will be responsible for the following activitiesOnboarding: coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure new hirings have all the necessary tools and information for the first day. Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding of new hiringsFollow-ups: collecting consultants’ needs, requests and expectations in order to ensure their well-being,
also by collaborating with all necessary support departments. You will also evaluate, define and agree upon the professional development of each consultanOrganization: you will be responsible for ensuring that business units are appropriately staffed in terms of quantity and quality of technical profiles; this includes responsibilities related to changes and transfers between projecWhat we are looking forYou are the perfect match if:You have a degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or Law; a Master in HR will be considered a plus; You have around5 - 7 years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition of IT profiles. Experience in consulting companies will be considered a plus; You are willingto take on a new challenge where you will have the responsibility to develop new HR management strategies, tools, and procedures. You will also create and be in charge of a team of people managers; You have good knowledge of English (at least B2 level). Knowing French and/or Spanish will be considered a plus; You have excellent proficiency with Microsoft OfficePermanent contractSalary Package: 40 - 47k + bonusIf your CV meets the requirements, you will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition team for a first phone interview.
