Production Project Management Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events. Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility). Work with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times. Work with all stakeholders (i.e.

Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality. Work with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality. Collaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers.
Provide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing. Create technical reports and elevate to management, as needed.
Investigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.

Qualifications Master/bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Extensive experience in an equivalent role in motorsport industry (F1 experience preferred). Strong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes.
Fluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian is preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Proactivity, Innovation, and excellent communication skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.
