As Transformation Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Akkodis, focusing on digital transformation and engineering services. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and client expectations. Reporting to Operations Direction, you will collaborate with teams in Italy and Spain to drive company-wide transformation and innovation.

This role offers the chance to shape strategic programs that accelerate growth and organizational change.Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to closureCoordinate activities among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholdersPrepare and maintain project documentation including plans, KPIs,



and risk logsGather requirements and define roadmaps and milestonesTrack deliverables and mitigate issues or risksSupport digital transformation and innovation projectsFacilitate cross-functional communication and alignmentOversee budget, timelines, and resource allocation with corrective actions3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in related rolesBachelor in Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Management)Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder-management abilitiesExperience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teamsFamiliarity with digital transformation and IT processes or emerging technologiesProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
