What will you doWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Customer Engagement Manager to support our sales activities while building strong, lasting relationships with customers. This hybrid role combines sales support, customer engagement, and account management responsibilities to ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering value to customers at every stage of their journey.
- Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and customer documentation
- Maintain and update CRM systems,



ensuring accurate customer and sales data
- Coordinate order processing and track customer requests
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Key customer questions, requests, and issue resolution
- Attend to networking events with customers
- Promote a customer-centric culture across the organization.
