We're on a mission to design and deliver experiences worth living and sharing, through rewriting the rules of the travel industry. **ABOUT THE ROLE** **JOB TITLE: Finance Accountant** **LOCATION: Milano, Italy** **TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full time, fixed or permanent based on seniority** **SALARY RANGE: Up to €30k + BONUS** **START DATE: ASAP** **What you'll do**: - Fully own the responsibility for the company balance sheets and profit/loss statements through the recording of journal entries, monthly provisions, accruals/deferrals, bank/credit card registrations and related reconciliations;
- Be in charge of the management of the “tour operator closing procedures” through registering invoices in the new customized ERP;
- Cost and margin monitoring;
- Work cross functionally between the global finance and other business teams, developing key relationships and influencing multiple levels of the business;
- Take a proactive approach to reporting, system and process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in global finance function;
- Support group financial departments with special projects and ad hoc reporting requests, as required. **What we’re looking for**:
- At least **3** years of Finance experience**
- Background in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Excel and Microsoft Office package expertise.
- Precision and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with others.
