You will work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop test plans, and execute test cases to validate software functionality and performance. The ideal candidate has a good background in software verification and testing methodologies, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 pTest Planning and Strategy: /p ulliDevelop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and design specifications. /li /ul pTesting Execution: /p ulliExecute functional, regression, performance, and system integration tests. /li liConduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability. /li liIdentify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in software behavior. /li /ul pVerification Activities: /p ulliVerify software requirements and design and ensure they are implemented correctly. /li liConduct static code analysis and review to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. /li liConduct dynamic analysis (timing and performance) to ensure execution timing requirements satisfaction /li /ul pValidation Activities: /p ulliValidate software functionality against defined SW requirements, user needs and intended use cases.



/li liPerform usability testing and ensure user interface consistency and intuitiveness. /li /ul pDocumentation: /p ulliPrepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and test summaries. /li liDocument and communicate test results to stakeholders. /li /ul pContinuous Improvement: /p ulliIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the software testing lifecycle. /li liRecommend and implement improvements to testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. /li /ul pCollaboration and Communication: /p ul liCollaborate with software developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and verify bug fixes. /li liCommunicate testing progress, results, and risks to project stakeholders. /li /ul h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liKnowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes, in safety-critical and aviation domain (DO-178C) is a plus. /li liKnowledge of programming languages (e.g. C, C++, Python, Ada) for verification and validation purpose. /li liKnowledge test management tools (e.g., VectorCAST/Cover/QA, LDRA, Parasoft, Jira, TestRail, Quality Center). /li liGood proficiency in writing test cases and test scripts. /li liFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and practices. /li liFamiliarity with HW interfaces (e.g., Ethernet, serial, I/O signals) and bus communication protocols. /li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 pBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering /p pMaster's Degree /p ul liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life,
