About This Vacancy
- Support the integration of MATLAB/Simulink models into vehicle software architectures
- Analyze and solve complex modeling issues (algebraic loops, sample time, scheduling)
- Perform model simulation and functional validation
- Support code generation and low-level C integration
- Ensure compliance with modeling guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technical documentation
What We Expect From You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields)
- Good knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink
- Basic understanding of control systems and Model-Based Design
- Strong interest in automotive and embedded systems
- Problem-solving mindset, accuracy and willingness to learn
- Fluent Italian and technical English (B1/B2)
What You Can Expect From Us The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €32.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications,
the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
