As HUB Europe SCM Manager, you lead supply chain excellence across the region, shaping strategy and driving performance. You will manage a large, multicultural team and oversee substantial spend while upholding sustainability and supplier standards. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, project execution, and procurement, contributing to transformational improvements. You’ll partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to standardize processes and leverage digital tools for scalable results. - Lead HUB sourcing and spend management aligned with global SCM objectives
- Drive regional supply chain performance: cost, quality, delivery,



and supplier reliability
- Sponsor and support Global and Regional Category Teams; collaborate with engineering, project execution, and supply chain
- Deliver annual targets for cost reduction, supplier quality, delivery performance, sustainability, and material compliance
- Establish transparent stakeholder communication and standardize SCM processes
- Promote and utilize digital SCM tools for efficiency, scalability, and synergies
- Ensure implementation of sustainability standards, Supplier Code of Conduct, and supplier audits
- Develop organizational capability through talent management, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development
- Minimum 10 years of supply chain leadership in industrial/project‑driven EPC environments
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, xysqume supplier management, and end‑to‑end supply chain operations
- Technical understanding of power transmission and distribution
