REDEN in Rome seeks a Legal Manager to lead the Italian Legal team within a fast-growing renewables company. You will drive corporate transactions, contract drafting, and risk management across domestic entities.
You will negotiate contracts in Italian or English, support M&A; and project financing, and manage litigation and regulatory compliance. A Master’s in Corporate or Renewable Energy Law and 5+ years in-house experience are required; 1 day per week of remote work is possible.
