Role Description The Senior Events Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, incentives, and conferences, including concept development, budgeting,



timeline management, and supplier coordination. The Senior Events Manager will manage client relationships, conduct site inspections, negotiate with venues and vendors, and oversee event production and on-the-day operations to ensure high-quality delivery. Daily tasks include supervising project teams, monitoring financial performance, preparing proposals and presentations, and reporting on event outcomes. The role will also contribute to continuous improvement of processes, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with colleagues across ECMeetings’ destinations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in event management, including end-to-end planning, production oversight, and on-site coordination for corporate events, incentives, and conferences.
Strong skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and expectation setting, with the ability to act as a trusted ad
