Role Description The Jewelry Designer will work tempo pieno on-site in Grottazzolina, collaborating with the design team to create new collections for Bros Manifatture brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, developing sketches and technical drawings, and translating ideas into detailed product specifications. The role involves working with materials such as stainless steel, gold,



and precious stones, ensuring designs align with brand identity, fashion trends, and production capabilities. The Jewelry Designer will partner closely with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to refine prototypes, maintain quality standards, and support the timely launch of new jewelry lines.
Qualifications
Strong Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills, with a portfolio demonstrating contemporary and market-relevant creations.
Proficiency in Drawing and Product Design for translating concepts into clear, manufacturable designs.
Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for detailed technical modeling and collaboration with production teams.
Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and finishing techniques related to stainless steel and fine jewelry.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to interpret brand identity into cohesive collections.
