**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Precision Medicine Lead is part of Innovation, Business Excellence & Execution and Mature Brands (IBEEM) team, working across therapeutic areas and functions. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - ** Develop, coordinate and implement overall diagnostic strategy** and network for specific disease area to differentiate Novartis Innovative Medicines (IM) together with Value & Access (V&A;), TA and other IBEEM functions
- ** Provide Diagnostics solutions** to make an impact on patients, health care system and research according to business priorities
- ** Identify and lead appropriate projects/services/partnership** at regional/national level and sustain their homogeneous and structured implementation all over Italy, in collaboration with V&A;, TA and other IBEEM functions in order to support the appropriate screening/diagnosis for patients.
- ** Innovate our value proposition** in terms of diagnostics across the portfolio, supporting the early launch team within the transformation of the patient journey
- ** Develop and lead PM strategy** within early and late-stage therapeutic programs to align Diagnostic development milestones with clinical development and launch readiness milestones
- ** Coordinate team** working on territory in strong alignment with V&A;, PA, IBEEM aiming to support Novartis IM portfolio and services
- ** Maintain and develop strong working relationships** with Medical Experts **Essential Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Scientific Degree required and graduate degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD, and/or MBA) or equivalent experiences
- Prior pharmaceutical and diagnostic development and commercialization experience (8+ years)




- Previous experience in Marketing, Market Access and Medical (at least two of them)
- Prior experience in Precision Medicine is a plus
- Deep understanding of the Pharma industry and Diagnostics evolution, both from a scientific standpoint and technological advancements, such as the impact and opportunities of AI in Precision Medicine
- Previous experience in team management is a plus
- Strong understanding of business strategy and objectives across Business Units
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead without formal authority
- Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational silos and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Capability to work in matrix organization environment
- Proven ability and experience to manage complex projects and teams with significant impact in the business
- Sense of urgency in managing complex projects & diverse project teams to achieve goals on time
- High analytical and ability to use data and metrics to drive project performance
- Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual with experience operating with ambiguity
- Accountable, responsible and willing to take ownership
