**Description** **Your responsibilities**
- Support the **development of Engineering organizational maturity**: audit the Operating Unit & OPC Engineering way of working / process implementation, identify and clarify need for change
- Analyze operational **non-conformities and quality cases** recorded, as well as results from setup and quality assessments. Support the local Engineering Managers on the specification of improvement projects/initiatives up to the implementation and verification
- Establish an **Engineering KPI measuring system** based on available data, calculate achieved KPIs monthly and create analysis incl. actions suggestions for the organization
- Own the **Engineering tool landscape**. Analyze tool portfolio for performance improvement and drive tool harmonization where require
- Plan & follow-up** people development assessments**
- Establish operational, case-based and general knowledge sharing by senior Engineers (**Engineering competency network**) and **discipline knowledge transfer** agreements,



where small teams cannot sustain a high discipline competency level **Your background**
- You hold a university degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field
- You bring +5 years of experience in a similar position or in line management in Engineering
- You are experienced in functional/disciplinary management in multicultural and multinational organizations
- Strong indirect leadership skills paired with exceptional communication skills to convince and influence stakeholders in the interest of your mission
- You are analytical, well organized and structured in delivering results
- You have basic knowledge in electrical power engineering
- You are well versed and interested in training and development of internal stakeholders
- You are fluent in English
- Willingness to travel once per month in European countries **This position can be fulfilled completely remotely within Europe. We are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.
