We work in a 3-2-1 hybridmodel,with3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday. This role would suit someone with strong operational leadership experience in travel - someone who understands what great looks like on the ground and is happy getting into the detail when needed.You'llenjoy a fast-moving, collaborative environment and be motivated by building high-performing teams and delivering great traveller experiences.
