Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders, you will bring together strong personalities and diverse perspectives to build a pragmatic and scalable management system that goes beyond compliance, enabling collaboration, operational excellence and sustainable growth.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDrive the development and continuous improvement of Alpitronic's Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Information SecurityPartner with Directors, Process Owners and subject matter experts across all business functions to align perspectives, clarify interfaces and develop processes that support the success of the organization as a wholeShape and further develop Alpitronic's process governance framework to support sustainable growth, accountability and operational excellenceDrive the alignment of processes, procedures and policies with business needs, regulatory requirements and applicable ISO standardsFacilitate workshops and training activities to strengthen process ownership and management system maturityDrive digitalization of the IMS through effective systems, tools and dashboards, enabling efficient management of complexity, greater transparency and data-driven decision-makingAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating alignment, challenging constructively and driving implementation without direct authoritySupport internal, certification and customer audits and drive the effective closure of corrective actionsMonitor IMS performance through KPIs,
reporting and improvement initiativesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in Integrated Management Systems, Process Management, Operational Excellence or a comparable governance-related role within a multi-site industrial environmentStrong practical experience with ISO 9001 and solid knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001Auditor qualification and experience conducting audits and driving corrective actionsProven track record in developing and improving business processes, governance structures and cross-functional ways of workingStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions and challenge constructivelyAnalytical mindset, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solvingAbility to balance compliance requirements with business-oriented solutions in a dynamic and fast-growing environmentExcellent knowledge of English, German and/or ItalianOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesTotal compensation starting from € 64.000 gross per year,

Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities.
