LyondellBasell in Ferrara, Italy is seeking an experienced Health & Occupational Safety lead to oversee all H&O; safety activities for the site, spanning Manufacturing, R&D; and support functions.

You will develop and implement the Ferrara H&O; strategy, coordinate audits with authorities and unions, manage a team of about 9 specialists, and guide leadership on risk, training and continuous improvement. Fluent Italian and English required.
