**About this role**:
Join our dynamic HR Team as a Payroll Specialist, playing a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services for our employees in Italy. You’ll work within a diverse and collaborative People Team spanning Europe, Canada, Australia, and the UK. This role reports to the Payroll Manager and offers a hybrid working model, with three days a week from our Milan office and two days from home. **_ Location: Hybrid
- 3 days a week from our Milan office & 2 days working from home_** **_ Reporting to: Payroll Manager_** **These are some of the key ingredients to the role**: - Process payroll for up to 3,000 employees, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, including deductions, withholdings, and bonuses.
- Ensure the CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement) is properly applied to all employees (staff and riders).
- Collaborate effectively with Recruitment, Operations, HR, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs for submission to our payroll provider.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in implementing payroll-related policies and procedures.
- Continuously assess payroll processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy improvements.




- Manage the People Portal (ticketing system) and maintain relations with authorities (INPS, INAIL). **What will you bring to the table?**: - Proven payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: approachable, respectful, and effective in building working relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables and VLookups).
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Experience with payroll systems and familiarity with Italian labor laws and regulations.
