About the role
InTDSYNNEX we are looking for anInternal sales specialized in Security solutions, with strong preference about all PALO ALTO NETWORKS solutions, operating withinSecurity Business Unit, responsible for managing the following processes of offer creation, orders processing end to end, from stock checking and allocation, orders shipping to partners, exploiting internal tools and processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build excellentresellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction
- Generatenew business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
- Engages inactive inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities
- Managesreporting andcustomer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”
- Either managesproject end-to-end orhands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintainsservice levels agreementswith customers
- Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as customer engagement
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Companyvalue proposition
- Developspartner relationship(incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
- Provides accurate and timely quotations
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals inTD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
- Work with the internal order creation and management tools and processes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 5 years of experience
- Cyber-security skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite
- Italian and Englishfluent
- Good attention to details
- Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve set targets
- Good relationship building
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience ofIT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
- Previous experies in dealing with Palo Alto Networks configurations offers and order management is a strong preference
- Knowledge of SAP
- Teamwork capacity withing the Security team and toward the TD SYNNEX Sales and presale business units
