Role Description The Sales Specialist at CaviarEat is a remote, contract role responsible for driving sales of fresh caviar and related products to new and existing customers. This role includes managing the sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. Daily activities involve conducting virtual product presentations, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

The Sales

Specialist collaborates with customer service and training teams to ensure clients understand product features, usage, and storage,

and provides feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences. The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in online meetings, and supporting promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build relationships, and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate terms, and consistently achieve revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess Training experience to guide customers and partners on product benefits, handling, and usage.
- Experience in food, luxury goods, or hospitality sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software is preferred.
- Relevant education or professional certifications in business, marketing, or a related field are a plus.
