Marsh is looking for a talented and proactive candidate to join our Marketing & Communications Team in Italy , based in Milan , with a focus on Communications, Media Relations and Digital Marketing . About the Function: The Marketing & Communications function plays a key role in supporting business growth, strengthening brand positioning, and enhancing client engagement across all business lines. Working closely with local and international stakeholders, the team develops and executes integrated marketing and communication initiatives that support commercial priorities, thought leadership, lead generation, and client relationship management. About the role: As a Marketing Business Partner, you will be a key contributor to Marsh Italy's communications, media relations and digital marketing strategy. You will drive the development and execution of integrated media relations initiatives, shape our external communications strategy, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and media across Italy.
You will balance strategic PR activities with hands-on digital marketing initiatives - localizing and deploying regional and global campaigns, managing our digital ecosystem and social media channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic international environment and develop expertise in integrated communications, digital marketing and project management. Key Responsibilities of the role: You will contribute to the following activities: Public Relations & Media Strategy
- Develop and execute media relations plans aligned with business priorities and reputation goals;
- Identify proactive opportunities for thought leadership, commentary, and spokesperson visibility;
- Prepare and coordinate media interviews, including message development and briefing packs for senior leaders;
