Market-leading company in the design, production, and distribution of medical devices is looking for a, **Controller** **Main Responsibilities**: - Prepare and deliver routine financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the monitoring of financial performance and the identification of trends or deviations from expectations
- Collaborate with the Headquarters to provide the required data and ensure compliance with established reporting standards and timelines
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions, under supervision
- Gradually take on greater responsibility, developing the ability to identify and communicate significant trends or risks to management
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information in a timely and accurate manner to meet HQ-imposed deadlines
- Credit Management, deriving action plan for past due collections
- Uphold the internal hierarchy and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders while demonstrating integrity and professionalism
- Reporting:




○ Actual monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet figures ○ Local Year-End-Closing and Reporting to German HQ for Group Consolidation ○ Quarterly Forecasting ○ Yearly Budgeting Process ○ Sales Controlling **Requirements**: - Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, in small-medium-sized companies belonging to international groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and appropriate understanding of financial reporting tools
- English Fluent
- Developed analytical skills and potential for critical thinking and identification of trends and/or relevant alerts
- Interpersonal and communication skills and capability to collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
