Role Description The Sales Representative role at EL KENDI industrie du médicament is a full-time, on-site position based in Medea. The person in this role will visit healthcare providers, pharmacies, and medical institutions to present and promote the company’s pharmaceutical products, explain product benefits, and answer questions. Daily tasks include planning and executing sales visits, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and tracking sales activities in line with company objectives.

The Sales

Representative will prepare reports, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and timely order fulfillment. This role also involves participating in product trainings, promotional events, and adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards related to pharmaceutical sales.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to plan routes, prioritize visits, and manage documentation.
- Capacity to understand and explain pharmaceutical products, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Comfort working on-site and traveling locally within Medea and surrounding areas as needed.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and CRM tools to record and track sales activities.
- High ethical standards, reliability, and commitment to patient-centered healthcare practices.
