Mission
The Senior BMS Engineer will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Building MEP Engineers. The role involves the design and development of instrumentation and control systems for Building, with a specific focus on Data Center facilities, covering the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include the preparation of conceptual and detailed designs, retrofit solutions, participation, and support during construction, verification, and commissioning activities. The position requires close coordination with internal engineering disciplines, project teams, subconsultants, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that Building Management Systems (BMS) are designed, implemented, and delivered in compliance with technical requirements, applicable standards, and project specifications.




The senior BMS Engineer will be responsible for the independent management of assigned tasks, including BMS design, development of technical specifications, and related project documentation.
The role may require occasional travel to project sites to attend technical meetings, perform site surveys, support construction activities, and assist with project delivery.
Key Accountabilities

Design Development: In alignment with the Mission, the Senior BMS Engineer leads the conceptual and detailed design of Building Management Systems and associated electrical infrastructures within MEP projects—particularly for Data Center facilities. This includes preparing technical specifications and all related design documentation across the full project lifecycle.
