This role supports safety first. It also handles all workers' compensation claims and helps with general safety duties. Support daily safety activities and help reduce workplace risks. Complete safety checks, audits, job reviews, and ergonomic reviews.

Review accidents, near misses, and safety concerns. Keep safety records, training records, incident logs, and safety reports up to date. Manage the Massotherapy program, including scheduling, communication, and early support.

Handle workers' compensation claims from start to finish,



including filing, tracking, and follow-up. Work with injured associates, medical providers, supervisors, Human Resources, and claim partners.

Experience And Education Bachelor's degree required in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.

Experience with safety programs, OSHA records, accident reports, workers' compensation claims, or return-to-work plans preferred. Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills required. Must be able to handle private information with care.
