__Who we are looking for__
__Location__
This is a full-time position, based in Modena, Italy.
**Main responsibilities**: - Develop Python software components (e.g., loss functions, ML models)
- Conduct experiments and analyze results on both toy datasets and proprietary financial datasets
- Compare Learning-to-Rank models, evaluating their performance and heterogeneity




- Collaborate with the data engineering and machine learning teams
- Contribute to the final report/thesis detailing the project outcomes **Requirements**: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
- Proficient in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and Numpy
