In this role you will support residential solar energy storage systems, bridging technical teams, sales, and customers to ensure reliable performance and satisfaction. You’ll troubleshoot after-sales issues, help with commissioning, and provide training and remote diagnostics, contributing to product improvements. You work closely with product management and engineering to relay customer feedback and guide service readiness. This role combines hands‑on technical work with cross‑functional collaboration and travel up to 20%.

- Serve as 1st level contact for after-sales technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty topics
- Manage customer complaints, coordinate replacements, and ensure timely resolutions
- Conduct customer training and technical webinars on product usage and maintenance
- Support system commissioning, remote diagnostics, and post-install guidance
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Engineering to resolve escalations




- Use PV simulation and monitoring tools (e.g., PVSyst) to analyze performance and provide insights
- Ensure technical accuracy in SLAs and warranty documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with installers, service partners, and end customers
- Support onsite installations/commissioning, travel up to 20%
- Assist product rollouts from a service‑readiness perspective; update manuals and FAQs
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge base content for efficient issue resolution
- Gather field feedback on product reliability and installation challenges for improvement
- Advocate for customer‑driven improvements based on real‑world usage
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's a plus)
- Minimum 3 years in technical customer service, technical xysqume support, or field service (PV or energy storage preferred)
- Practical PV and battery system installation, commissioning, or diagnostics experience a strong ass
