TFS HealthScience invites applications for a Freelance Senior Clinical Research Associate (0.4 FTE) based in Italy. The role focuses on initiation, on-site and remote monitoring, and close-out of ophthalmology studies, following GCP/ICH and sponsor SOPs.

You will collaborate with sponsors, sites, and project teams to ensure data quality and protocol compliance. The position requires strong monitoring experience, knowledge of ophthalmology trials, and willingness to travel up to 60–80%.
