**About the Role**
You will be joining the central Learning team in our headquarters in Bologna. This experience will give you the opportunity to explore the world of learning, acquiring knowledge about training processes and tools within the context of a market-leader, international organization. Activities include but are not limited to:



- Collaborating with Learning team and internal stakeholders to understand training needs and support training processes;
- Supporting the management of the corporate training offer;
- Supporting the scheduling and management of local training;
- Supporting Learning team members in the update of the relevant digital tools (Learning Management System, Dashboard, etc). **What You Need to Be Successful**
- You hold a university Masters’ degree;
- You are a fast learner, you are curious and communicative: - You are a team player;
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office; generally speaking, you are a fast learner when it comes to any software / IT tool;
