Commercial

Agreements & Strategic Partnerships - Drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements across Satispay’s business lines, including employer and merchant agreements for corporate welfare and payment services. Technology, Procurement & Operations - Advising on and negotiating SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts that keep Satispay running smoothly.Corporate Welfare Tenders - Partnering with the Tender Manager on legal aspects of procurement processes (gare d'appalto), including reviewing and negotiating contracts and tender documentation.Legal Operations & AI Innovation - Leading the improvement of contract templates, legal processes, and negotiation automation in partnership with our AI Team.Legal Background - You hold a degree in law and have at least 8 years of relevant experience in commercial law, complex B2B contracts, and transactional matters across law firms and in-house teams.
