~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

~15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

~ Experience in program management in environments using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.

~ Ability to travel 80% of the time to Milan for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, or in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.

Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in Public Cloud (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) or hybrid environments.
