Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Viggiano, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the local Maersk H2S Safety Services business. The Owner oversees daily operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of gas safety services and equipment to clients in the region.

This role includes managing financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as supervising staff, fostering a strong safety culture, and coordinating with global headquarters and other international bases. The Owner engages directly with customers and partners, maintains key relationships, drives business development opportunities, and ensures that services meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves continuous improvement of processes, risk management, and the implementation of best practices aligned with Maersk H2S Safety Services’ global policies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in leadership or general management within energy, industrial services, or safety-related sectors, with the ability to direct operations and teams effectively.
- Strong background in health, safety,



and environmental (HSE) management, including familiarity with gas safety, risk assessment, and relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Demonstrated business acumen, including budgeting, financial oversight, and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and internal teams.
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement, including implementing operational procedures and best practices.
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure, prioritize multiple demands, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Comfort working in an international environment; proficiency in English required, with Italian language skills strongly preferred.
- Relevant academic background such as engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a senior or ownership-level role is an advantage.
