LyondellBasell Industries in Ferrara is seeking a Health & Occupational Safety Lead-RSPP to oversee all health and safety activities at the Ferrara site, including manufacturing, R&D;, and support functions. You will develop and implement the HOS strategy, ensure compliance with Italian law DLgs 81/08, and lead a team of about 9 experts, coordinating audits, safety programs and training.
Fluent Italian and English are required; minimum eight years in a complex manufacturing environment;
