About The Role
Do you enjoy giving a brand a voice and turning technical products into clear, effective stories? In this role you will join the Marketing team of a company whose light reaches stages, sets and installations around the world. Music & Lights designs, manufactures and distributes professional lighting solutions for the Film & TV, Live Events, Theatre and Architectural markets, used in more than 70 countries. You will work in a young team and an international environment, with continuous training and the support of experienced colleagues. You will be based at our HQ in Minturno (LT), within the Marketing & Communication team. You will support brand communication across the various channels, with a focus on newsletters and social media, and contribute to producing and publishing content supporting marketing campaigns and international trade shows, following the editorial plan and brand guidelines. You will work closely with the product department, the graphics and video area and the sales team, contributing to activities aimed at the sales network,
distributors and the launch of new products in international markets. It is a path designed to grow your communication and digital marketing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Support the production and publication of content on the brand's social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Discord) following the editorial plan, working alongside the team on community management.
- Support the planning, management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns (ADV) on Meta and Google, monitoring budget and results.
- Contribute to the SEO optimisation of web and website content, to improve search engine rankings.
- Write and send newsletters aimed at distributors and end users, monitoring their results.
- Prepare periodic reporting (monthly and quarterly) monitoring web, social and PR performance, with analysis of engagement levels.
