RADAR - Academy & Recruiting is seeking an HR Systems & Operations Specialist for a maternity cover period. You will manage the employee lifecycle, integrate administrative operations with HRIS, and support global HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
The role requires 2–3 years in HR Operations with strong MS Excel skills and a solid understanding of Italian labor law. Fluent English is essential for daily interaction with the Global HQ in a multinational environment.
