As a Full-Stack Engineer in Treatwell’s Marketplace team, you will help grow discoverability and conversions across 13 markets. You’ll balance front-end and back-end work to improve search, performance, analytics, and product surfaces that connect customer intent to bookings. You’ll partner with growth and marketing stakeholders to translate opportunities into solid engineering outcomes, delivering end-to-end features with quality and impact at scale. This role combines growth-minded shipping with robust engineering practice in a fast-paced environment.

- Build and evolve technical foundations that support customer acquisition, activation, and retention across markets
- Improve discoverability and search understanding for Treatwell’s marketplace
- Instrument experiments, analytics,



and measurement to validate ideas with data
- Develop user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows
- Own services end-to-end from architecture to deployment with a DevOps mindset
- Collaborate with marketing and growth stakeholders to translate opportunities into engineering work
- Ability to own features from database schema to UI
- Product-minded with focus on user impact
- Data-driven, hypothesis-led, and capable of measuring impact
- Strong collaboration with non-engineering stakeholders to evaluate feasibility
- Experience in SEO, experimentation, analytics, performance, or growth-related product areas
- Based in Italy or Spain with valid right to work
