Your role
As a Junior Execution & eBusiness Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification and Automation area in Milan, contributing to the understanding and continuous improvement of execution processes and customer order flows within the organization. Your day-to-day activities will include supporting execution activities, identifying repetitive tasks and opportunities for process digitalization, and contributing to the adoption of digital tools to support faster, more transparent,



and more reliable operations.

- Supporting the end-to-end execution of customer orders, from order entry and internal clarification to follow-up delivery and customer communication.
- Monitoring delivery schedules, documentation status, and open issues, ensuring timely escalation when risks or deviations arise.
