Help us reshape our business and make a meaningful impact on various projects **Roles & Objectives**
As an Intern you will be part of our Digital Engineering team for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to one of our Business Solutions Managers. The position will be based in Bologna At Digital Engineering (in Bologna, Italy), we are designing the future of our factories towards Industry 4.0.: Digitalization of processes, Connected Worker, Smarter Assets, Seamless integration of people, systems and machines.
Our team is managing a vast portfolio of challenging engineering projects and IT solutions, ranging from hardware to **Specific Responsibilities**:



- Understanding needs & challenges related to digitalization of production processes;
- Supporting the design of Hybrid IIoT solutions focusing on customer centric approach;
- Supporting the development and deployment of state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 and Operational Excellence project within a corporate environment;
- Support change management process for Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM) solutions with all stakeholders;
- Practicing agile methodology for project management and solution change management process. **Who we’re looking for**: - Studies for a master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical and ElectronicEngineering, Communications Systems, Management, Technology and Entrepreneurship or related areas;
- Proactive and good organizational skills;
- Knowledge in software engineering and development tools and best practices;
- Experience in data collection, management and analysis;
