G MASS Consulting is seeking an experienced Electronic Trading Systems Specialist to join our client's team. The role focuses on supporting and managing complex trading platforms, with particular emphasis on** ION MarketView** or similar systems. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced trading environment and contribute to the smooth operation of critical systems. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for rates electronic trading environments.
- Collaborate with Traders and stakeholders to optimise system performance.
- Maintain high quality and reliability of production trading systems.
- Build strong relationships across teams and departments. **Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years’ experience with ION MarketView or comparable electronic trading systems.




- Fluency in English - Spanish & Italian are nice to have.
- Proven experience supporting Traders in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with core ION components (PXE, RefData, VMQ, VMD, MMS, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Bloomberg Trade Order Management Solutions (BBG TOMS), Tradeweb or Bondivision platforms advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. **Benefits** Hybrid working style, with 4 days in office. Salary / day rate to be discussed
