San Clemente Palace is a luxury five stars hotel located on a private island in Venice, just 10 minutes from San Marco. San Clemente Palace immerses guests in a 900-year-old building steeped in Renaissance charm and heritage, featuring a series of beautifully restored monastic buildings, a historic 12th-century church, and lush gardens. We are seeking a **Hotel Reservation Agent** for our hotel. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability.
- Ensure clients’ satisfaction and adherence to hotel's service standards.
- Follow internal credit policy.
- Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.
- Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.




- Responding and making test calls, fulfilling LQA **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of Italian and English language level C1
- Knowledge of French and German are a plus
- Good Opera PMS knowledge
- Previous experience in a 5 Star luxury hotel
- Previous customer related experience
- Very good communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office progams
- OTA extranet knowledge
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs
