Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Director of R&D; Portfolio and Program Management to lead the CP R&D; portfolio and PMO across Europe. The role shapes governance, prioritization, and resource planning to drive on-time delivery within budgets and regulatory timelines.
You will chair governance meetings, manage a ~10-person team, and partner with CP leadership to optimize investments, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining ISO 13485 and EU MDR compliance.
