We are looking for a talented O&M; Manager (technical) to be based in either Milan or Verona, Italy. You'll join our dynamic O&M; team who have around 160 MW photovoltaic (PV) plants total with a strong drive to add to the portfolio. Full time - unlimited Your Contribution to the Energy Transition As our O&M; Manager (technical), you are responsible for the overall performance and reliability of a portfolio of photovoltaic plants.

The role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and client management, ensuring that all assets are operated and maintained in compliance with contractual, safety, and performance requirements. This position reports to our Team Leader for O&M; and will be based in-office preferably in Verona, but a Milan-based option is also available.

Responsibilities Supervision and analysis of a photovoltaic system park via remote monitoring system Collection and management of alarms from the control room / SCADA Define and implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies Management of interventions to restore the plants Technical analysis of problems on the PV plants and identify potential solutions Planning, scheduling, and controlling of preventive maintenance On-site inspections and on-site supervision of major maintenance works Support in the management of plant improvement / revamping projects Reporting Preparation of economic offers Communications with customers Availability to work during weekend Support to the relevant other company functions (legal, finance, treasury etc.) Reviews safety and environmental documentation on site Support hiring, onboarding, and development of O&M; personnel Ensure compliance with O&M; contracts, SLAs, and KPIs Select, coordinate,



and supervise subcontractors Identify and implement process improvements Qualifications Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy-related fields 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of photovoltaic plants Additional certifications in photovoltaic systems, safety (e.g. PES/PAV), or maintenance are considered a plus Proven experience in team coordination or management Hands-on experience with electrical systems, inverters, MV/LV substations, and monitoring platforms Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and performance optimization Knowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Willingness to travel and work on-site, including outdoor and remote locations Knowledge of digital tools for reporting and data collection (e.g. mobile apps, Excel, CMMS platforms) Benefits Company culture: a space for creativity and innovation International teams: collaboration and communication with teams across the JUWI group fosters professional growth in a culturally diverse environment Structured environment: benefit from well-thought-out processes and procedures within our ISO 9001:2015 certified matrix organization Professional development: access to a wide range of opportunities for advancing your career Smart working: working from home opportunities are part of our commitment to cultivating a healthy work-life balance Health insurance: private health insurance plan covers you and your family Performance-based premio: work toward your best performance, with your bonus also reflecting the region's performance Meal ticket: daily meal ticket for each work-day
